Teacher Tuxum ("we") runs an English-learning app and the Instagram account of its character "Teacher Tuxum". This policy explains what data we process.

Data we receive from Instagram

When you comment on our Instagram posts or send us a Direct message, Instagram (Meta) shares with us: your Instagram-scoped user ID, username, the text of your comment or message, and the post it belongs to.

How we use it

To reply to your comment or message (replies are written automatically by our AI assistant in the voice of our character, and sometimes by our team).
To keep the context of a Direct conversation (recent messages) so replies make sense.
To publish our own posts, reels and stories to our own Instagram account.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the AI provider that generates the reply text (only the message text is sent, without your identity).

Data from our app

If you use our app (Telegram Mini App / website) we store your account data (name, Telegram ID or e-mail), learning progress and messages you send inside the app.

Retention

Instagram conversation history is kept for up to 90 days; account data is kept until you delete your account.
